The Origin Story
Since 2013, HACK&CO has been dedicated to helping the average family succeed in real estate—because Taylor saw what happened when that wasn’t the case.
Before real estate, Taylor Hack spent years helping families secure financing as a Mortgage Specialist, funding over $150 million in home loans. He sat across from hundreds of families, guiding them through one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives. But there was a problem.
The real estate agents handling their transactions weren’t taking the same level of care. Many lacked the skills to negotiate effectively, leaving their clients vulnerable to bad deals, unnecessary stress, and missed opportunities.
It was frustrating to watch. So Taylor made a decision—he jumped the fence from mortgages into real estate. He knew that with the right expertise, strategy, and dedication, families could achieve far better outcomes.
Because at the end of the day, parents aren’t just buying and selling homes—they’re building a future for their kids, delivering 18 summers of memories before life moves on. And we’re here to make sure those moves are the right ones.
